Added messageStatusChangeEvent sending to online sender if recipient

Fixed invalid MessageStatusChangeEvent sending
...
The sender got a messageStatusChangeEvent even if the status was still
sent from the server and couldn't process it.
The server does not send this unnecessary event even more
