Allow the user to permanently delete his account. A feature some sites are missing that instantly makes you distrust a company.

The procedure for this will be similar to what is done in the UserOperationProcessor, except it'll be for all his contacts (and he'll be deleted afterwards).

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
