Restrict Access to the LocalDB #33

Whenever a new user registers in the LocalDB that has been used by someone else before, it takes him to the LocalDB of the user that registered first.
This means that all messages and contacts of the original user are now present for the other user.

Steps to recreate
1. Create a user without clicking "Remember me"(at best with a few contacts and messages)
2. Stop Envoy
3. Reopen Envoy, Create new User
4. Enjoy participating in the chats of the original user...
