Allow clients to chose their contacts by giving them the option of denying a contact add request from another user.
This will result in a major rework of the current contact add architechture as a ContactAddRequest has to be implemented including events for agreeing or denying.
Additionally a new UI tab in the ChatScene should be added handling the requests. This could be combinated with the currently existing ContactSearchTab.
