Jakob Jenkov	976ecb6af2	SocketSwitch was not used. ... IMessageWriter + IMessageWriterFactory are not necessary, as messages are just buffers that need to be drained to the socket. Instead we have a standard MessageWriter that does that.	2015-10-22 21:16:29 +02:00
